How to feel good more of the time

In order to attract everything you want into your life, Abraham says it is not necessary to focus on your desire, it is enough to feel good.  In feeling good, you are allowing and not resisting life force energy to flow to you and through you, the energy that creates worlds.

It's easy to read or hear this, understand and put it into practice for a few hours, but usually life happens which knocks us back out of allowing and back into resisting.  It happens to me constantly even though I absolutely believe that this is how to bring my desires into my life.

So I have decided to make a list of 4 things each day that I am going to do to feel good for at least the amount of time that it takes to do these things.  Today's 4 things are:

1.  Hug my children (more than usual)
2.  Play with my cats
3.  Take a bubble bath
4.  Listen to one of the Getting into the Vortex Guided Meditations (this will always be on my list)

Just thinking about these things makes me feel better!
